Franck, Chinese national, has more than 10 years’ experiences in Europe before 14 years experiences in China as GM in a joint-venture company, management consultant, trainer and business coach. He has delivered services in training, coaching, consulting and talent assessment to companies in different industries, including multi-national and local companies.
Franck has made an advanced study in organizational change management, translating several books on this subject into Chinese and delivering seminars to MBA students and executives. He has also run change management workshops to help client companies make change happen..

Franck expertise covers also personal development issues such as executive coaching, leadership developmental assessment and talent assessment. In addition to coaching managers, he also runs seminars to help them develop coaching skills.

Franck is leader facilitator of Bullet Proof Managers®, a CrestCom program designed to help middle managers develop leadership skills, such as increasing productivity through motivated people, motivating through positive communication and involved recognition, active listening, projecting a more positive self-image, becoming transformational leaders, creating leaders through mentoring, resolving conflicts, helping employees be their best, etc. He has delivered about 60 sessions for this training program. He speaks Chinese, French and English.
