Lisa,  Consultant, PhD’ candidate in Management at National Centre for Scientific Research of France (CNRS), she is Excellent Eiffel Scholarship holder. For the last 8 years, she has studied and worked in Europe in the field of cross-cultural management. Beside her research, in China she began her professional career in 1999. She has rich working experience in cooperations with Fortune 500 companies and in different industries on business development, management counseling and leadership training (Dell Computer (China) Co. Ltd., Mars Group, Saint-Gobain Group, Publicis Group etc.). She has also worked on international organisations’ conferences and delegations (United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), Invest in France Agency (IFA).

Lisa is also a Member of International Association for Chinese Management Research.  For  Association for Advancing Management Practice, she is  in charge of global leadership development research projects. She has presented her research in several international academic conferences and her case study has been published on Harvard Business Review (Asia pacific version January, 2009)      

Being motivated by the great passion for people development and managerial education, she perseveres in innovation of the courses’ design and evaluation. She has been teaching ‘Asia business environment’ and ‘cross cultural communication skill ‘at Rennes Business School.  At EM Lyon With Professor Fernandez she has learnt to co-teach on ‘Cross-Cultural Management’ and ‘leadership development ‘and also for  international companies training programs. All these teaching experiences have been recognized by students and trainees as a good success in terms of appropriate contents, innovative pedagogy and dynamic teaching style. She is fluent in Chinese, English and French.
