Sylvie organizes tailor made programs for global companies, top executives & managers. She works on building bridges to support successful business transactions between Chinese and western CEO’s. As a film director, Levey has been living and working in China for more than 10 years. She has directed a number of documentaries mainly focusing on social issues for France 2, France 3 and ARTE, among others.  Her films have won awards and have been broadcast in different languages all over the world. Fluent in Chinese, Levey - who has done investigations in more than 25 different Chinese provinces, works without an interpreter to increase on intimacy and understanding of the people she interviews.

“Shanghai Waiting for Paradise” – her lastest documentary, filmed over the course of five years, portrays three generations under one roof in the city of Shanghai, where the whole world met for the World Expo 2010.

Her experience abroad started with an early education in the USA, at Ridgecrest Burroughs High School (California). She received a scholarship in Taiwan, at the Mandarin Daily News Language Center of Taipei. In Paris, she graduated from LANGUES O, studying Chinese and Foreign Diplomacy. Sylvie started working at AITV (France) where she interviewed some of the most important people in Asia including Benazir Bhutto, Rajiv Gandhi, Qian Qichen, Cory Aquino, Prince Sihanouk to mention but a few.  For the following 2 years, she worked with the Foreign News Department of the French public channel FRANCE 3.  Later on, she reported on economic and social issues of many countries in the Far East.
